Default electric questions

Hi, I have 2 questions.
First, when starting the car the headlights and rear lights goes automatic burn without touching the LSM.
But not the instrumental lights. That comes when I turn the switch manual.
I suppose the former owner have made this so. Is it that this is maybe done with a T4? And can it be ondone? Or is that not possible and have a garage made an extra wire for this.
Second, I have a digital temperatuurgauge. I need the canbus connection from the gauge connecting to the K-bus from the car. So I have digged up a main loom behind the radio and a wire white/red with yellow dots from that loom but get no signal. the gauge shows only C. Tried to different same colored wires but still no results. Is it that there is a different between I-bus and K-bus and have I taken the wrong wire?
The normal temperatuurdisplay in the instrumentpanel works oke.
What options are left for me.
Waiting . . . . .
Gerard

Sounds like you have Scandinavian daylight running lights enabled by either dealer or previous owner. You will need a T4 or Toaf to disable it.
As to your temp gauge, have you followed these instructions? https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...ad.php?t=93462

Do I put my T4 in the bag???? nope

Your car has ROW DRL enabled if the headlight come on when the engine is started, and Scandinavian DRL if they come on with the key at position 2.

It's a T4 dealer option, you can call Peter at Rovee Veenis and I'm sure he will deactivate them safely for you if you ask nicely

You can't connect Canbus to K-bus as they are totally different protocols and electrical specifications.

Are you sure your gauge uses CanBus?

I suspect Teddy means K-Bus Phil, all of the digital "Hans! type gauges I've seen are sampling on the K-Bus.

Oh, it's past my bedtime, I must have dozed off in the chair again

Thanks Guys, so it is a T4 solution.
Marinabrian, that's not far from me. I will call them.

For what about the gauge, yes, I need the K-bus wire.
Question is, Is there a different between the K-bus and I-bus wire or are they same colored.
Or is there no I-bus wire in our cars.
And if there is, how can I see the different between these 2.
