Default Production data V/S How many left?

Hi All

So I haven’t got a Ztt yet but I keep looking and ideally I fancy a face lift 180SE, so an auto.

Looking on “How Many Left”, there seem to be 17 taxed and 11 Sorn. So I thought I’d look at production data at the MG Rover info website to see what colours were made on the basis I don’t want a Grey, Silver or Black car and wanted to see the odds of finding what i wanted.

But they don’t list a 180SE as a model? There is a 180 or a 180+ but no SE. There are numbers for the 190SE and 260SE so it looks like the MG data includes some SE models.

Just wondering why the DVLA data, where “How Many Left” state they get the data from might list models MG Rover don’t think they made. Lol.

Cheers Bean

The SE was only available on the facelift 190, no others.
How Many Left is notoriously inaccurate and not worth wasting your time on.

If you are sure you want a 180 Sport, look for one that has the options you want, or retrofit them yourself

How many left works from the information on the log book and that comes from what the selling dealer puts on the paperwork when they sent it off. If they have sold 20 or more cars in a week and odd letter extra or missing does not matter on a V5.

You can only use this site as a guide not as fact.

According to that website there are more of some models of classic cars in total than were ever made .

Please bear in mind the ZT 180 does about 17 mpg around town. I had a 2005 one done 41k miles with Apex alloys, alacatara and hi line, cruise and the drivers intelligence pack. Cheaper to run a V8 lol!

According to the build records there were actually 62 ZT 180 Sports Auto SE saloons built (6 of which were mark 1 cars) and 46 ZT-T 180 Sports Auto SE Tourers made. All are UK RHD cars.

I myself have a Lagoon ZT 180 SE saloon with additional 'SE pack' extras on top, so it's fully loaded with everything except the factory fitted roof mounted DVD player.

It has sunroof, traction control, cruise, A pillar airbags, powerfold door mirrors, highline sat nav with TV, Harmon Kardon speaker upgrade inc subwoofer, powered rear sun blind, volumetric interior alarm, auto dipping rear view mirror, parking sensors, heated drivers electric memory seat, heated passengers electric height adjustment seat, Xenon headlamps with power wash and Monogram Oxford cream leather seats.

It is very nice to drive too

Those seats look very nice. How hard are they to keep clean?
