Default Rattle question

If your car has problems with the inlet manifold, is the rattle always there?

My car has no rattle at idle, but does have it at about 2.000-2.300 rev and after that it goes away.

I went to the ex dealer and he thought it wasn't the inlet manifold or the crank pulley.

I am coming to England this week for holiday, so I hope no problems.

Usually inlet manifolds rattle at idle, and the problem is less apparent with higher RPM.
