Are saloon and tourer rear doors the same?

A per the title. Will a saloon rear door fit a tourer?

no sadly

been on the hunt for a typhoon tourer door for 18 months and no joy. The door cards are the same so the bottom of the door is but the window framing and so on is not

Could the window frames be swapped out? If the bottom of the door is the same regardless surely the windown frame could be seperated and moved across either way.
