traded two of the fleet in
Been watching the bills come in for the four Rover 75s and the ZT licensing etc and worked out it would be cheaper to buy the wife and i a couple of new or near new cars.
Traded the 2005 diesel and got $4,000 aud and got $3k for the other one. Still got one 75 and the Zt but the wife is pushing to sell them both. Im pushing to at least keep one of then, the ZT Only has 140,000km on it so maybe keep that one as a project, paint etc. |

Ended up buying a jeep grand cherokee limited diesel and the wife bought a new mitsubishi eclipse g5x vx all wheel drive.
Got the jeep as were looking at towing a caravan around Australia in the near future and the 3 litre diesel tows 3.5 ton. I gotta say very impressed with it, goes like a scalded cat, quietest diesel ive ever heard, runs like a petrol engine. Heated electric seats and steering wheel, automatic open/ close rear tail gate, front and rear parking sensors, sat navigation etc. Very comfortable car for a 4wd. Thus far still got one 75 and a zt left, think the zt will be the keeper. I must say i do miss the 75 diesel , that car ran well. Diesel 75 is pretty rare car over here. |
