Im thinking of doing the same as I like it plus I will be respraying a few panels soon the bumper and bonnet for a start.
Was the much assemble and thinkering around? |

is a "pacient job" , ones you put it out the chrome you have to cut the mesh , i have put it over the black plastic mesh and little by little cutting it to get the right size, them as you put the chrome sorround again will be fixed by the screws and on the area close o the plate hast to be "glued " with a special glue( thats why i add a chrome stripe over and down the plate to cover the area glued) the vertical stripe is because i like it more

Looking good buddy, I'm a big fan of the premium bumper.
Although the style is used on the German Audi, I think it has a distinctly British vibe about it.

It's different, but not my thing as as been said, it's to "Audi look-a-like" for me.

I love it, as for those that think it looks Germanic, surely the front of the MK1 and Facelift '75s (headlights in particular) have a distinct look of BMW about them.
