Does anybody have a Block Plane they no longer need - I need to take off about 3mm off the bottom of a door as it's rubbing the Carpet...???
Thanks...

Bill, if it is the side away from the hinges, check the top hinge is tight, or chisel a bit off the inside of the top hinge. Also try putting a sheet of sandpaper under the door and rocking it to and fro.

Hi Craig...
No, I've had the place re-carpetted and now for some strange reason just one door, the whole of the bottom of it catches the Carpet! Luckily it's the spare room... And believe it or not, not one of my neighbours has one!
