G'day one and all - cool and grey here, but at least it's dry.
Off to the doctors again this morning - hopefully at the correct time and on the correct day

Afternoon all, it’s another scorcher here, everyone had a fire warning sent to their phones last night as they say it’s the hottest day of the season today!

Afternoon all, It's still overcast here but quite warm. I've just snowfoamed the car & hoovered inside, I've picked up three lots of sand for my sister from the local builders yard just around the corner & one of the bags was burst I've had to leave til it dried out.

Our daughter gets her new horse later this month & has been taking all her horsey stuff to the new stables, My Rover has been used as a dumping ground for stable gear albeit only light stuff
There are still a pile of 8'x4' rubber horse stall floor mats between the car & garage door once they're out of the way I'll be able to give it a run shortly for the first time in goodness knows how long, Just taken the battery maintainer off.

Cool

Morning all from sunny Cornwall.

Off this morning to Dunkswell Airfield near Honiton. Matt Drake’s wife Shirley is doing a sponsored skydive on behalf of the Dementia Society. I’ll take a camera or two. Meeting up with Allen n Val.

Apart from the boxes on the bonnet, exactly how a 75 should be kept.

Evening all currently sat in tje local emergency hospital after mum was admitted with suspect urine infection. She had a funny turn when I went to take her out, only just got out the door, luckily we hadn't gone down the stairs or I wouldn't have got her back in the flat

Hi Rich,

Sorry to hear that. Those infections are very common but fortunately can usually be sorted quite quickly

Hope all is OK very soon.

Up in the North Lakes for a few days with family.

Have been to the Cockermouth ironmongers. Fabulous place with all sorts of stuff I can just about remember. Worth a visit if you're in the area - and it's free. . Oh and there's a really good butcher just along the road.

Went to Whynlatter yesterday afternoon. Not one of our better choices as it absolutely heaved it down .

Had to feel sorry for the bicycle time trial folks on the way there. .

Andy.
