I was going to make similar comment myself - but ran out of courage.
Service now done - he's turned the hot water temperature down a few degrees - he reckons I was getting too hot after a while

Afternoon all, Bootiful sunny afternoon here albeit with a strong breeze. Gammon joint with roasted veggies for tea
I did a tray of those big Roma tomatoes halved on a tray with olive oil, seasoning & garlic, Dear me! bootiful. I think I'll be be doing a lot more of those

LOL I just have a cup o tea instead these days

Our boiler service is due too, over due in fact I noticed a damp patch in the boiler cupboard, there's a drip from inside the boiler itself
I don't know whether it's worth ringing the service guy up yet as the covid restrictions have been extended in our neck o the woods again

Not sure if it prohibits one person or more than one person that can meet within different households It'll have to wait any way as the house insurance is due.

I would rather have a good old meat pudding,it has the same effect, once you have had it you just want to roll over and go to sleep

Just come back from a week in Kos. O.K. to visit but could not like to live in 30 deg temperature every day, makes me thankful that i live here, where the weather is so changeable. Gives us plenty to complain about, too hot, too cold too wet.

Missus is just back from shopping (mostly restock of whisky & Henry's cider black pudding & bread ) and she said I've had to put 10 quids worth of petrol in the car, That's the first lot of petrol since the beginning of February before the C-19 lockdown

Cool

Horrendous weather. Storm is still with us. Plenty of clearing up to be done in the garden, once I can get out there.
