We've got the same miserable, October-like day 50 miles South of Rich.
Wifey and daughter went out for a stroll yesterday afternoon and came back with a couple of bags of brambles from the local hedgebacks - the start of this year's bramble and apple crumbles

We will be having plum crumbles soon, the tree is absolutely loaded with them .

On todays dog walk the bushes were loaded with brambles, will be going back with a tub to do some collecting.

Morning all. Normal service has been resumed here.

Blue sky this morning. Hopefully it will stay like that as I have wood clippings to put down in the front gardens.

Overcast, cool and actually dry at the moment.

Quizzie and Zamba when he arrived....

And last night after an hour and a half walk and a good swim.....

Both slept like babies
