Hi Mick,
The menu just selects the voice from the voice folder. Iirc you can put the sd card in your PC and open up the voice folder on there. Then you can add the tts voices into that folder. Then they will show in the menu on the dd unit.

Opening up the card on your Pc you go to content then voices and this is what you get.
You can copy and paste your tts voices into here.
I haven't been able to test it as I haven't got an Mgr WinCe unit on the bench at work but will try it as soon as I have
