Plenums, bonnet release mod, handbrake compensator (arctic), rear parking sensors, coolant level sensor (Vindaloo), DRL's, Fan resistor upgrade ( Jules), Marmite lighting, Auto dimming rear view mirror, twin horns, fog lights, real walnut dash, walnut gear knob, Sean DD unit with DVB-T, message centre ipk, electric sun blind, auto opening boot lid, walnut steering wheel, electric seats

Hi have had my boot springs fitted for a long time now.
Just a strange little niggle when I press the button inside the car the bonnet flies up as usual but when I press the key fob it only just unlatches
Seeing it only energizes the solenoid just a bit odd.

Something seriously wrong if the bonnet flies up

What a idiot fancy saying bonnet.

Its ok steve have got some plastic washers already thanks.
Just seemed strange theBOOT.Would go up from pressing the button inside the car but not the fob.
Will put another washer on. And give it a try thanks.

to be honest mine used to take your head off. when it got close to fully open would slow down.
now don't open unless you open it up a few inches then the springs take over . I must have it set up wrong . still like it
never mind.
