Default Cannot load Sat Nav programme.

I need some guidance please. I have received my original sat nav card back after Sean arranged for updated maps to be loaded. I cannot load it as I never see iG01834.exe no matter what I try! I follow the set up instructions and see [iG01834] but if I press it I get nothing. If I press [...] it goes back to [storage card] and [NandFlash] and then I go round in circles.
If I see [iG01834] and press 'OK' I get
audio, cars, content, custom, defaults, and extensions but never see iGo1834.EXE. Any ideas as to why?

If I put the sat nav card into my PC and look at mapchanger.exe it says: it is not a valid win32 application if that is a clue?

Default File

On my computer I can see what you have posted but there is no blue icon with iG08.exe. on it, just a blue icon with iG08. This is beneath a blank icon with iG08 as well. There is no .exe

Hi Fred,

Your card was opening correctly on the unit at work, the only change was in the folder content/maps which had the new maps installed.
Something strange is going on.
I believe you have the Mgr WinCe with old menus, if so might be worth following these two videos to check its installing correctly

I know I'm a few miles North of you, but if you're travelling this way I don't mind having a look for you.

Thanks for that, it is not how my system appears but it is starting to make some sense. When I try to load on my system I reach the page with audio,
cars, content, custom, defaults, and extension on it but now know that I need to feed that list up until I reach iGo8.exe. I have no idea how to feed the page up! There is an 'OK' button on the right hand side with an
up and down arrow below it but so far it has never fed the page up but I will try again. Thanks

Default No Load

SORTED: The arrow did feed the list up one push at a time, found the .exe and away it went. Thankyou Jeff, Sean, and Steve for your help.
