I used to have a 1967 Honda CB450 Black Bomber.
I have just seen the actual bike that I owned for sale on eBay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1967-Hond...t/132948472636 It was in reasonably good nick when I sold it for about £180 in 1977. I wish I still had it!

Bit to broken to ride these days but did a little racing in my youth. Have owned most of the bikes from MM1 and a few others beside.. Quite a few i regret selling now but i'm sure we all have one or two of those... My last project was bought as a matt black ratted GS650GT shaftie for pennies. Ended up a 724 with a Wiseco bore kit and breathed on generally. Would keep up with many a newer bike until it got towards its gearing limit on speed...
Could go two up but you had to be on good terms with your pillion

Hi,first bike was a Suzuki gsxf600 after passing my test, then quickly moved onto my current ZZR 1100 D3 model, purely because it is so comfy, burgundy colour and most of all has twin exhausts, like cars with twin tailpipes they look great. Not to mention the BHP and the roar of the air induction.Old tech like me but easy to live with and maintain.Oh,and still have the Sunbeam S7 shaft drives.Still waiting to be restored but keeping my launch 75 on SORN company in the garage!Regards Ry.....

My other zed
This is my bike - Kawasaki Z650 B1. I've owned it for ages.
I refurbished it a couple of years ago, up to it's current state. I hesitate to say finished, as there's always further improvements... however, these have been on hold recently due to other priorities. [IMG][/IMG]

I did the DA course and learnt on Yamaha Diversion 400; and took the test on a Honda VFR 400. The firm that taught me, used to hire bikes out,so myself and my mate hired a couple for a day,and went up the Northumberland coast for the day. I had a Cagiva Canyon 600; he had the divi600. He now has a 1980 Suzuki GS850, a DR 400; and a 68 Yamaha 175; I can’t remember the model , but it’s a yank import.

I rode lots of 2 strokes, mostly Yamaha RDs, before I got a taste for 4 stroke Kawa's. I got the Z650 when I was around 21. It got quite tatty over the years as I moved the country around and it wasn't always garaged. I restored it to it's current state a few years ago, and I'm looking forward to spending a bit more time on the engine to get it to 110%. Trouble is, house, garden, cars, family, work etc all erode available time...
