Well, that's three 75s that have escaped me on Ebay now. Time to cut the losses methinks. Tad frustrating.

The issue was really more that another car (similar to the one that went) is available at a much, much higher price. Having seen how this one went, it really doesn't make justifiable sense to part with that kind of money.

Bit of a double whammy, unfortunately. May go with the back-up Jaguar S-Type. At least they're sufficiently common that I'm not going to be waiting months for another to turn up.

Very true but if you want a r75 you will always think about the one that got away or in your case 3

Well, at the very least it's hopefully gone to Jezzer then. At least the Club will benefit overall.

I need to sit and have a real think about chasing this LWB dream of mine.

Sorry chaps, not me. Went for a lot more than I thought it was worth - and I'm always suspicious of private listings where you can't see whether it's a 'real' bidder. And the roof still needs respraying
