Misaligned vent on brake disc, return?

Got a new pair of discs from my local, -nameless shop- and one of the discs vents seems to been misaligned. Will this pose any issues, any danger etc, should I return them?

If I can use them safely I would prefer to as the shop is a bit far away and partner just took the car out -long walk for carrying discs ^^;;

I must say that that doesn't look right to me at all. If I were to notice it then I'd be taking them back. It looks like each side of the disc changes thickness at that point. (not a disc expert).

Ive bought them to eliminate brake judder from the old discs and I do wonder if this will just repeat the problem

Gave the shop a call and they are driving a new disc out to me free of charge, not bad service at all, said I might as well keep the flawed disc as theyve no use for it ^^

That's good news, saved you a walk. Check the new disc quickly while the delivery guy waits if you can.

The vents core was slightly out of line when the disc was cast. It won't have any practical effect other than in its appearance. Discs are balanced as part of the machining stage so it'll perform just as well as the pretty ones.

It'll work - but the change in thickness will mean there's different levels of heat buildup and dissipation, so it will have a much greater tendency to warping.
