Urgh. Bottom bumper screws completely stripped/trashed

I have a small list of things that I need to do and all of them require removing the front bumper.

The phillips head screws underneath are rusty as hell, and are stripped, I've already seen on here that they were poor quality to begin with but these are not coming off with a Philips bit.

I'm going to have to angle-grind these off and replace with bolt heads.

Has anyone here done the same and what's the thread size for these?

There is a crack in the middle of the bumper underneath, although not close to any fixings, but there is also a crack underneath one of the headlights and a big paint chip as well.

I'm tempted to get a facelift bumper but will need it sprayed as I haven't seen any for sale in decent condition in HFF.

If anyone knows of somewhere I can get an HFF front bumper, either MK1 or MK2, I'd love to know!

On the ZT the bolts to remove the front bumper underneath are the second row back in a recess , probably not the ones you are looking at

on the ZT remove the under tray fixings and leave the lower bumper fixings along. You'll also have to remove the self tapping screws on each corner brake duct

God. So the undertray is being held on, barely, by zip ties.
Both sides.

The undertray itself and the other plastic that I guess is part of the wheel arch liners (?) that it attaches to, it's all trashed.

So just replacing the undertray doesn't look like a fix, I think I need to replace the liners as well?
