My old Nelly is on Gumtree

I've just found my old Nelly being sold on Gumtree HERE...

She is being sold for just £285

I paid £1500 back in 2009.
Sadly she now looks a bit neglected, she appears to have had a hard life since my ownership.
I see she is now a CAT C, she wasn't in my ownership, such a shame.

I kept her in pristine condition, I feel quite sad to see her so neglected, I feel like buying her back.

It is so very tempting to buy her back, but I'm trying to reduce my workload, not increase it.

I hope someone takes her on and puts her back in the condition she once was.

Here she is back in 2011, my eldest daughters Prom, daughter on right in blue/green dress, youngest daughter sat in Nelly.

Yes mate...spent a few days in Norfolk then down here Thursday till tomorrow...staying at the Park Central....we are sitting in the Crab restaurant....wifes bashing my plastic

back to Surrey Sunday ...and reality kicks in Monday

Makes me sad seeing these cars going for these prices. So tempting to get it, bung her through an MOT and sell on to someone who will look after it.

Two things that stop me are a)I'd end up being a punch bag by a wife who has a black belt in tae kwon do b)if she failed the MOT I couldn't bear to break her up (apart from I don't have the room or time)

The Mrs loves the car we have now and even said today she could spend all day in the car driving about but to get another would be suicide!

Someone buy Nelly and give some TLC and I'll buy you a burger at a meet one day

Someone needs to buy her for keeps, otherwise I'm going to have no choice. Problem is though, I will most probably be sleeping in Nelly, or in the Caravan until further orders if I do.
