Tried the phal curry just the once

Phal Curry
Not a lover of hot and spicy food, hottest curry (if you can call it a curry) I have even eaten was a Korma, and did not really enjoy that, much prefer Chinese food and have eaten the real Chinese food when I spent a few years in the Far east
