Default Phal Curry.

Flipping heck, I made one of these earlier and struggled through a small plate of it with rice, I hung in though and managed to polish it off.... Sweating is an understatement. I'm definitely not looking forward to the John in the morning .

Cool

Used to have a Vindaloo for breakfast on a Sunday. I like a Phal as well. Loo roll in the fridge though.

Mmmm.. Phal's are far too hot for me.. I think the taste has gone when the curry gets that hot..

I like flavour rather than heat nowadays..

I once tried a mouthful of a faal, far too hot for me. I struggled with even one mouthful

I prefer a bhuna or a karahi

Might I suggest a loo roll is placed in the fridge as soon as possible.

Just as a precaution.
