A new Eclipse Fault

Got in the car this morning, turned the radio on, totally unresponsive could not change stations, could scan in fact would not let me do anything not even turn it off, not even after turning the engine off, the only way was to do a reset, seems to be okay now, WTF is going on, this is the sevond time in four weeks have had to do a reset.

Whats Happening rev, is 1 of or a combination of

1/. Unit not shutting down properly on ignition off (Please let the unit shut down before powering car off)
2/. Cache getting full (You have a clar cache button on the eclipse)
3/. Viruses if you are online (Not much can do on this other than reset.)

Like Laptops, tablets, phones and computers , they require periodic maintenance. They are electronics , not car parts. Sometimes Expectations are incorrect.
