Clutch slip?

I'm looking at a 75 cddi tourer Connoisseur but the clutch is slipping any pearls of wisdom or ideas of problems and price to put right etc??? thank you.

If you're getting it done properly it'll be in the region of £450 fitted.

Or a bit more especially down south using decent parts. About £600 for mine.
