News to me.

I do long seven day stretches averaging 70 hours and for what?

Better to offload on here than say something you may later regret Stu

Being treated like fodder seems to be the norm these days, everyone is a replaceable commodity where companies are concerned

Afternoon all, very dark/humid & raining now. We got the conservatory dismantled & didn't break anything It's now stacked up in my garage,I am absolutely cream crackered. we had to make two trips from Warrington. We certainly picked the right day for taking it down, nowhere near as hot as it's been lately & managed to get done before the rain.

That's a bummer Stu. those early starts & long hours certainly take it out of you in the long run & really tick you off when it's not appreciated by them

Good afternoon, I must admit the weather has been nice this week. But I am exhausted from it being too hot at work, how are all you coping.

It could be time to polish up the CV Stu, maybe a different bus company would treat you better than the crowd you're with now. It's never nice when the company you work for don't appreciate your hard work, especially if you're doing 70 hrs a week
