Nice one, you cant beat the proper suet. I've been told off by our daughter for putting dumplings in casseroles & soups because she can only have gluten free flour, I believe you can get get gluten free flour these days but I've just not got around to it yet.

Yup - gluten free flour is available in all varieties - but at a price. My missus is a coeliac and has to avoid even the smallest graain of gluten.
We get all our flour from Morrisons

My dad,brother, sister & my daughter are coeliac thankfully it skipped me

I had my haircut this morning without mentioning it to the missus, it was quite long as I only go to the barbers twice a year the missus hasn't even noticed yet
