Never stopped BR, some paraffin burners (DMUs) were nearly 50 years old when withdrawn.

Cool

Morning everyone from bright but very damp land of the pasty.

Going shopping today but first I have a birthday card and present to drop off to a very good friend of mine.
And there might be some cake involved.

Sun out here as well but hasn't brought any benefits with it, bleedin' cold.

That was quite comical. Doing house plant watering duties, watering the plants on the window ledge saw a wee Blue T1t land on the empty feeders, spotted me at the window, flew across and fluttered right in front of my face at my eye level "there's no food out here, get it sorted"

I can better that! Back in my yoof my mate and I were out on our motorbikes, he had a Kawa KH250, two stroke. I was following him when suddenly something flew past my head We pulled in or rather he pulled in very quickly and I stopped behind him. He looked at the back end of his bike, walked over and said "I've lost a baffle out of an exhaust". I replied "lost it . . . . you f'ing nearly shot me with it!".

Birds are happy now, full feeders.
