Injectors

Think ive got injector problems car runs very lumpy on tickover seems to have a slight fluttering/juddering misfire all the time and a knocking but unlike most on here starts perfect everytime does not smoke and has good power delivery ?

Thanks im not doing very well today am i cant seem to get anything right ha ha
