After reading about all the interesting cars people passed in I feel mine may be a little underwhelming.

I passed my test in april 2000 in a red 1998 poverty spec Ford Fiesta 1.3. Pretty boring.

I passed my test in a 1950's Hillman Minx column change in Salisbury 1960.
My Dad taught me , hill start on 2 planks of wood on pile of bricks.

Default Ford Escort Mk1

Seems a long time ago now, but I really loved driving the car. It felt so smooth and fast, as any car would have done first time behind the wheel, although my first car was a Vauxhall Viva which also felt very smooth and fast! Passed first time when I was 17. I always put it down to being very courteous and stopping at a zebra crossing on my test!
