Default V6 auto cruise

Hi,

I'm wanting to make my 75 a little better.

A kind gent on here has offered a 75 for parts to allow me to take everything for cruise on my v6 auto. A couple of questions which I can't find answers to.

Cruise relay?? Where is this as Idont always see reference to it and id like to take even if I don't require, just in case.

Difference on auto or manual. Mine is auto will it make any odds if the car I take from is manual?

Coding with t4 etc. Will I need to do it for full functioning? I have vt4 and the other one which causes heated arguments. How an I best to proceed? The polish software will possibly mod zcs but I'd rather Brian or Phil guide me if you gents could.

Hope you can help and anything else I missed please let me know - already looked at the handy how to.

I take that as a no then.

After going through the manuals it looks like it's 2 ecus but still unsure on the coding - is it vital to enable proper autobox operation ? Manual says when in use the box goes into a less sensitive mode.

I'd imagine that cruise control would work even if the gearbox isn't configured for it, but obviously you won't get the gear shift optimisations if the gearbox ECU isn't aware that cruise control is on. I can't help with anything els though.
