WANTED: Message Centre Indicator Stalk
I've got the message centre IPK and ever since I've had it installed I've been constantly looking out for the indicator stalk with the little button on the end but to no avail
Does anyone have one? Have I just been looking in the wrong places all this time? Help! |

On the page all those stalks are without the trip computer, sorry David. Plus at £35 for the stalk that doesn't have the trip button sounds a little steep to me...?

They did have them listed, you may have to contact them to get them to check.

No problem David. Could well be that they sold it and removed it from listing.
I will give them a call next week in my endless quest to obtain a stalk |

I had a similar problem finding the correct stalk and in the end modified my original by fitting a push to make switch from Maplins and connecting to the 2wires in the steering column. I drilled a hole in the indicator stalk to take the new switch. This gave access to a tiny roll pin that is removed to allow the top of the indicator stalk to come off. The hardest part was removing the plastic webbing from within the top part to allow the switch to fit. The switch was pushed in and held in place with a generous amount of hot glue. the 2 wires soldered to the switch before fitting route down the middle if the stalk and out the bottom next to the connector. Using miniature scotch locks I connected to the 2 wires (black and black/yellow I think) in the column. I then glued the top of the switch on and away we go. A couple of pounds for the switch and about half hours work and all done.
