We used to holiday around Aberystwyth a few years ago. Borth beach is still one of my favorite places, getting fish and chips from the shop there and sitting in the car (too cold to get out) watching the wind blow across the sand. Not sure on a holiday this year as I have had a "danger of redundancy" notice.

Planned so far - one week from now, Dublin courtesy of Ryanair at a total cost of £0.08 for four of us (flight only mind you). Just a one day thing - fly out on Tuesday and fly back on Wednesday.

April - Shifnal for a day or two.

September - Egypt for a fortnight All Inclusive. Sharks Bay at Sharm el Sheikh.

3 weeks in Florida 2 in the parks, on one on the beach in Sanibel

Booked it before the current "crisis" been thinking to cancel but if I get made redundant the redundancy money will help.
Might not be able to afford it again. and we haven't had a Warm holiday since 2000.
Sounds a stupid and frivolous thing to do, but if I lose my job I know I will regret not going forever.....

Same problem I had with centre parcs, like to relax on holiday but something would be nice.
At the same time found Haven parks too full of people on a mission to drink there own weight in lager before 4 in the afternoon, and forget they had kids causing havoc, shame really put me off, Went to one in north wales (hafan y mor I think) that was lovely

10 days in April, 10 days in May, 17 days in July, 10 days in September, 10 days next January......

Bought a house in the Haute Garonne (France) 2 years ago and planned to take early retirement and move there this April.

Since then that nice M Sarkosy has changed health care arrangements and now the pound v euro.

So for now it is a holiday home. Before the 75 had a 300TDi Disco, so the journey makes it a lot more comfortable and cheaper.
