Default Anyone got a passenger Airbag and cover removal procedure?

I have Been asked for some info. An owner (not a member yet) has an accident damaged 2003 CDT Classic Tourer with a gone off Air bag on the passenger side

He is Breaking a 1.8 Con for the bits to use on the Tourer and selling off the rest.
How do you get the passenger air bag cover off I gave it a tug whilst getting some bits for myself but decided not to go any further as it did not seem to want to come off

The cover is held in place by two clips on the lower edge once these are unclipped the whole airbag unit can be pushed up to reveal the 7 Torx screws which hold the airbag to the cover.
