Default alloy wheel refurb

hi guys,has anyone ever used px wheels based in blackpool lancs.they do a like for like swap.they send you a set of refurbed alloys then you send yours back to them.that is what is stated on their website.any info appreciated,regards.

Wanted them to do my Apex's but they're not spraying for a while due to staffing.

Heard good reports about their work though, and if they've got your style of wheels in stock, the exchange service is a good deal.

Just had the Apex's done at Wheel Repair Centre (WRC) in Bamber Bridge near Preston, and they've made a nice job.

Re-mapped. EGR bypass. De-catted. 18" Apex's. ZT190 brakes & suspension. Xenon projectors. Powerfold bullets. Electric rear sun blind. Auto dipping rear view mirror. Wood and leather steering wheel. Wood handbrake handle. Full leather sports seats. Harman Kardon speakers & sub. Navall 2 double din through 500w Kenwood amp. Fully chromed front grill.

I used pxwheels for mine...........they were great........used a nice sparkly silver.At first they looked to bright because the centre caps were obviously old.......so i bought new caps and looked really good.Top job and price

hi,thanks for that.have been in touch with them about my grid spokes.none in stock at present.looks like i am waiting for a while.can you tell on the rims if they have had any kerb damage or have they been fully repaired,regards.

Any rim damage is repaired,so they look like new when you get them.I actually arranged to go to them and they just did a straight swap at there workshop.They fitted them all in the price,took my tyres off,balanced,job done

Out of interest, what sort of prices do places charge for refurbs? Rover's are OK, but those on Gill's MX5 are a bit (lot) scabby. Problem is, I don't think exchange would work as it's a Special Edition.....
