Sky gets enough money from me, I'm not that interested in football, cricket bores the ... off me and ain't giving them another £25 a month for the sports package just to watch F1

That's what you have to do!!
If it's any consolation I've been doing a customer install so I had to watch it delayed
If someone posts a heading about F1 or the drivers, best to ignore it if you haven't seen the race.
Same as don't switch the news on etc etc
My post cheapskates was tongue very firmly in cheek
By the way Steve, you do not need a sky sports package for the Sky Sports F1 HD channel, you just need a HD subscription

You do if you want to watch it & you don't have an HD subscription, to which i found out.
If you cancel your HD pack like i did 12months ago & then re-subscribe you will loose the F1 channel & need to subscribe to the sports pack to be able to watch it live on Sky.

Poor old Murdoch needs every penny he can get then
I just had the letter explaining why my monthly bill is going up and how by me paying more it's helping them 'get rich'.....oops, I mean 'making a better service'
