If you know of any, give the "Department" a ring.I have, and had great satisfaction doing so. That was one off the list of scroungers, and his son apparently. If people do nothing about it, they are as bad as the scroungers who do the state, and you and i for what they can get. Whistle blower? No, just trying to pay less tax on my meagre pension, like a lot of us.

I would imagine there is a large proportion of foreign workers who are legal and do work hard. It stands to reason that they are putting some money into the local economy, as they need to be housed, need to have utilities laid on, need to eat, etc etc.

There will always be those who shouldn't be in a particular country and who are working illegally. Some of the blame for that must lay with the employers who are seeking to cut costs by any means necessary.

As for the unemployed who form part of the "British" gene pool, they should not be allowed to pop-out kids if they cannot afford to fund them.

Is it time we asked the unemployed to do some work to "earn" the payments they receive from the state? Could be something simple like street cleaning or clearing snow from pavements.

Alternatively benefits could be cut to minimal level, then if you do some voluntary work as detailed above you get a higher rate. That way there is an incentive to get more money (just like us working folks).

I dont work, I am comming up to 60, so according to you I am a scrounger, well pal I worked from the age of 15y6m to 57y11m, I had less than two weeks off sick in those years, so I think I put something into the system, why dont I work now? easy I am a F/T Carer, and I'd give my left arm to be able to go back to work.
Please dont assume ALL who dont work want not to work
