But with the lack of sponsorship and TV rights and prize money, the mighty Rangers will be on an up hill struggle.

The wealthy neighbours Celtic will also be in the same boat, they cannot survive without each other..

I bet the fans are still mentioning the fact of expensive flops such as Torre Andre Flo,he still is the but of jokes and jibes..

Yes we did enjoy the stars , i had a season ticket for ten years in the glory years , i have showed my loyalty to the CLUB not the owners , it's the CLUB that the likes of you and me support not the greedy money grabbing stars or owners but the CLUB !!!!.

I have watched the greatest players the game has to offer play for or visit our club on big game nights and marvelled at the skill they produced , meanwhile the fatcats rubbed their hands at the income and munched on smoked salmon and roy keane prawn sarnies while we stood in line for a pie and bovril .

The fatcats have destroyed the clubs not the fans .

..And thirty odd grand a week.

But you have to admit, the expectation placed on his shoulders was much greater, and his confidence lacked.

Again David Murray sanctioned the purchase of FLO and **** Advocatt just splashed the cash .

Once again someone with no real knowledge of how football works [murray] wasted money.

Makes you wonder who is going to be the next big club to fold, north and south of border. It's only a matter of time.
Football is a game of musical chairs now, it's just a question of who doesn't grab a chair when the music stops...

Your right , because make no mistake GLASGOW RANGERS are a huge club locked up in a small country , i hear REAL MADRID run a £700 million debt and have done for many years , ANY club could find themselves in the position of RANGERS with poor management.

Pompey has applied for administration as they haven't paid the players and staff for January and the electricity bill has not been paid either. That's over and above the tax bill they owe.

They are being deducted 10 points but it should be 15 points as this is the second time within three years. The reason it's not 15 is the first time they were in the Premiership and now the Championship. The high court hearing is on Friday.
