Cheers macafee 2 / Richard ..the interview with the company secretary and HR director went like a dream ..managing director of the firm shook my hand and welcomed me also.Small family run business with a ( from what I glean from internet reviews) good reputation.so things look very promising.

Default lousy low lifes

The only question now is will my employer let me leave before my 12 weeks notice is done .?


And my answer today is ..NO...we can't let you go before the 30th August as we are too busy.

The low life £^%&&*((( .

Have been in to see union and they are going to try and change the managers minds , but i have little faith in the outcome .So now I have to get in touch with the HR of the offered job to see if they can afford to wait .

Hopefully your rep can sort something out.. it down to your current companies discretion, their probably hoping you just hand your notice in and save em a bit of cash..

Fingers crossed .But if I have to stay , so be it .I am not letting them off the hook regards the payout .,,Other work will come up , hopefully.
