Smile V8 Vin

Hi Guys,

I'm looking at an 05 V8 here in NZ. Currently have 2 V6's. I'm puzzled about the detail in the VIN. Can anyone decipher it for me:

SARRXCLGJ5D000767

Thanks.

Not sure about all of it but the 5 is the model year & the 767 is the build number of that model (V8)

Though it isn't V8 specific, this will answer your questions:

Thanks so much. I checked the VIN data on the website but of course it doesn't show the V8 specific detail. This does the trick!

Tks.
