Some directions:- North. South, East, West.

If you stand facing the sea under the lil bridge leading to Whitecliff, you will get run over.. So move to stand by the model boating lake. If you stand there with your back to the railway line, you are on the wrong side of the lake.. So move to tother side..

Prob with giving directions like which end or side to be on, are made difficult by the fact that the pond-lake is round innit... If you end up near the railway, you are in the wrong place, but you can see the right place from there if you know where to look....

Anyone living within 4,000 yards of the park must arrive via Boscombe to make sure they have gone to a certain amount of trouble to get to the meeting. Nothing worthwhile is ever easy innit..

EDIT:-- Did the date change?? I can't make it any time in July...

I think --- That Poole charge quite large sums for that kind of meeting on the Quay, so assuming the meet wont exceed 20 cars it would be unafordable..

My car will be out on loan and down in the South West on the new date (31st July) so I will be unable to attend..

Hiya NCFC1950 sir,
May I assist, when entering the park from ...
A: Poole bus stn/lighthouse entrance It's the 1st. carpark beside the larger lake. R/H side.
B: The civic centre or Whitecliff entrance, it's the 2nd. carpark after the little "doughnut" mini roundabout. L/H side.
The restuarant is named "Mezza Luna" ajacent to the carpark.
*Nick Nick my friend, no reason we can't take a drive all along the Quay after meeting up and chatting a while. Good idea more price choice. Show the folks how real cars look ... in procession.
I look forward to seeing many I met before at Salisbury. Mike.
*Ps: Geographically the most Westerly end.
