I have used Araldite rapid on a number of occasions without any problems, it attached the rear brake light to the rear screen on my 75 2 years ago and have not had any problems since, i have also used it to attach the heated rear screen connectors to the screen on my Peugeot 106, the rear screen now works perfectly

How is the car looking now? This thread seems to have almost dried up and yet there are no finished pictures.

Or has the car not been restored? Which wouldn't be a bad thing in my opinion.

Far from restored but running and as far as I know being used, it is roadworthy.

I think we have to accept with the owner being out of uk for much of the year progress will be slow, it would be nice to see it back to original colours and specs but it all takes money and I guess the owner has other demands on his like most of the rest of it.
