I agree - this is a student/parent/school matter and not one for our "legal beagle freedom fighters" to advise upon on a public forum.

I know from experience that kids' mobile phones when misused are the scourge of the modern classroom and should be banned during lesson time, especially if they are to be used for posting online comments about the teacher. It's little wonder that with disprespectful behaviour like this on the part of the OP the teacher is less than happy.
I also agree that if there is genuine cause for complaint about the teacher, then this needs to be dealt with between parents, the student and the school, and not via the public online forum of acar owners' club.

Thomas, you have been given advice to talk to your parents and to the head master/mistress.
Have you done so and what has been the outcome?

''I came here because this group is my second home and I class thile (sic) people on here as part of my family''
This is a large part of the problem. You should be discussing these matters with your parents and teachers - is there a guidance counselor at you school perhaps? how about your own peers - have you spoken to them? They may have experieced similar issues, if not with this particular master but in a general sense.
I hope you get it sorted.
