I am also coming from the South as such, and I think that it would be more appropriate if we all meet at Washington Services, and enter the event as one group. From Washington to the event is about three miles, and when we arrive there should not be any long queues, and we are also parked up on the show area, we are near the front of the show.

I am collecting the tickets for the show on Wednesday 8 May when I go to the monthly meet for Durham MG Club

Very much looking forward to this event, as it is a good show

Regards

Stu

The plan is for members attending to meet up at Washington Services Southbound at around 0900 hrs, then I can hand out tickets, and we can then make our way to the show, and we will also be parked near the front of the show which is a better position than most are getting Allocated.

Also will PM you my mobile number

Stu

Default Durham MG Club Show

Just a quick bump to see if any other members would like to join us on Sunday 12 May 2019, as I will be collecting tickets on Wednesday next week from Durham MG Club, and that will be the final time to get tickets for this free to enter show.

We have around 18 members attending, and one particular member is travelling all the way from Belgium to attend, and it would be nice if we had some more members attending so that they can meet Eric and his lovely Rover 75.

On the day there will also be a couple of extra prizes awarded to the club members by me, so please can I ask members to support this very good free to enter show, which will have around 250+ cars of different makes in attendance

Many tanks

Stu

Default car wash

hi all, and Stu,

Just a question : can you inform please where in the neighbourhood of Durham, there is a car wash, with high pressure hose, where I can wash my car by myself by hand (and with the high pressure hose)? I refer to a system where I can use "tokens" for inserting in the system.

Is there maybe a member who lives close to there, who can advice me?

I hope you all can imagine, that after such a long drive, my car can use a tuff cleaning.

Many thanks in advance,

I hope to meet you all !

Best regards,
Eric
