Smile Rover75(05) Tourer -fan resister

I have seen a member advertising these modified resisters for sale. Will the member own up, how can I tell if it's a 2/3 speed fan?

Jules in Wales is the guy, they can be purchased from RS Components on-line, but cannot find the product number that I used for the last one I did.

Hi Les
Look through the front grill at about 14.00 hours, can you see a silver resistor if not then you may have a three speed fan if you do see a silver resistor then it is a two speed fan.

carry out the demist test to see if the low speed is working if you have a silver resistor.

If a gold one is to be fitted then it's bumper off, crash bar off, unplug the fan in the wheel arch liner, then fit the gold resistor
