Jesus wept... I made neither judgement of nor attack on you. I criticised what you wrote and the implication therein.
So, I have nothing to admit, or take back. Is that clear enough? Also, I've given no opinion on the car, as it's of no interest to me. My post earlier today in no way vindicated you - I was next to the car and would happily have given my opinion of it at that time, had anyone asked. That's all. Next time perhaps you'll think before you let your frustrations boil over and say something you should not have. Have a pleasant evening. |

There you go: it sold for £530. So you lost out for the sake of tens of pounds (probably, because you don't actually know how high the winning bidder was prepared to go).
But I was right: it didn't get silly at the the finish. |
