Yeah I was being a dimwit! Pulled the plug cover off and it slots straight in Regards the dosing pump tho ... I see there are now hundreds of these Chinese pumps suitable for Webastos all over the net and they all have the same square socket on. I contacted the seller i bought mine from a year ago and he sells one of the plugs for $9 or so but i would have to wait for it to come all the way from China. Surely they can be bought in the uk ...? In terms of the bracket base for the pump, are they two nuts or two bolts holding it on?? Last edited by BillyMG; 20th October 2018 at 09:51.. |

This looks as if it should fit, but you would have to check.

I'm looking at what looks like a square plate with a small gap between it and the arch. It has two rusty nuts / bolt heads I've rounded off. Are you saying I'm looking at two bolts which are screwed into two nuts welded on the back of that plate? |

Here are a few photo's below for you which shows or should show what you are explaining, you can remove that plate and because you have the single bracket holder you can just bolt it to on of the threads 1 2

Arctic that's brilliant mate thank you. I'll just have to cut at least one of those nuts off without harming the thread so i can screw my bracket on with a nut. I just couldn't work out whether they were bolts screwing in or nuts on the end of studs - those pictures make it really clear tho - thanks mate!

No I've got it plumbed in and all seems well. I seem to have replaced around 50-75ml less coolant than was lost.I've been out on a 40 mile motorway journey today and the expansion tank is at max, the temp was ideal and the heaters were blowing hot so presume all is well!
