Any chance of a picture of the box the wrong way round to compare? I think some of us still slightly confused about the 180 degree turn? Dave

I think we can arrange for the relevant parts of this thread to be copied over to the Howto forum.

Potential Problem Solved - Thanks
My ZTT was one of the last built (Wk. 09/2005) and when I checked to see if mine was assembled as previously stated, IT WAS !!! I would guess that it was done that way for easy assembly, as it was a bit fiddly to get the nipples into the holes with the block inverted. HINT: Ensure that the cables to the release catches are not twisted when you reassemble the block, feel for the cable outers under the panel just after they leave the Block, you'll see what I mean if you try it.
Attachments below -> Whilst it wasn't tight before, the Bonnet Release is very much smoother now and - yes - it does open a closed Bonnet. Cheers, Martin 1st thumbnail is the INCORRECT assembled way 2nd thumbnail is CORRECT. Last edited by Time Searcher; 7th April 2007 at 11:12.. Reason: Added info about thumbnails |

The cable tie looks better than the tape, think I will change mine to a tie as well.
