How to use a TV Android box please

Just bought a T95Z Android box. Plugged it in, followed the menu to do some basic set up but as for how to actually get a film or other program is now beyond me.
I’ve gone into apps and watched some Two Ronnies sketches on YouTube but that’s as far as I can get. Am I correct in assuming I need to download something? Help and tips very welcome.

That's the box I have, good choice

You could start by going into the Playstore & download Mobdro, UKTVNOW, Also, Smpc & or Kodi. You'll need to install "Addons" on Kodi, but that's another story
