Morning gentlefolk - my son's employers have messed about with his shifts, so grandad is doing two weeks on the trot of school runs, starting today at 6.50am at his house
After that, it's my annual diabetes review @ the doctors, where the nurse will bring up subjects such as "body mass index" no doubt.
I'll definitely need at least an hour in the armchair this afternoon to catch up on sleep.
Looks like we've had a very heavy dew during the night, verging in a frost, judging by the state of the cars outside. A cold and damp start to the week.

Morning all. Bright and breezy down here.

Now back in the real world. Changed the sheets on the bed, washing on, shopping list completed. Once i’ve Had my tea i’ll Uncover the Bear and take her shopping, not literally of course.
