One step forward ... two steps back
Replaced the front strut top mounts so the old girl no longer creaks like an old leather sofa. Front drop links changed at the same time.
Discovered there was a terminal leak from the radiator so that got changed along with some dodgy t-pieces that cam to light while the job was in progress. Hurrah!! Went for MOT yesterday and was told I needed a new O/S rear upper arm. Also discovered the inlet manifold chamber has developed the rattle of death and needs replacing. Hurrooooo!! Found I can insure it on a Classic Car policy for about £150. Hurrah!! What's the next kick in the groinal area I can expect??
