Changed the air inlet manifold on project car, with a spare I cleaned a few weeks ago.
Changed a rear tail-light bulb on the tourer.
Broke the "fix" that I did last time, for the broken lower securing lug, in the process. Ho hum....
Another job for another day.

Started the old girl for the first time in a couple of months. Freezing cold and snowing, connected the jump leads to help her along, and first turn of the key she burst into life and purred like a kitten........ Well, a diesel powered kitten that is. That's my girl!

A few years ago fitted one in the first car - remarkable difference in receiving the FM signal.
Recently bought another one for my second `75 - the same result.
There are plenty manufacturers out there in the World

Pinpointed my KBus fault thanks to (Marina)Brian. I was looking for topology diagrams on RAVE and couldn’t find them. Brian told me where they were and also where my issue would be once I found the topology diagrams I realised I had them in paper format from the factory, although photocopied versions in black and white and quite smudgy The connector has cleaned up ok but the pins on the PDC ecu haven’t so need to source another ecu.

The last sold ordered 75 Tourer. Paid for by the Phoenix Four and handed over by John Towers to the Warwickshire Northampton Air ambulance service as a Rapid Response vehicle

Spent yesterday evening getting frostbite by installing the new steering rack. 2 hours later it was inside the engine bay, but I didn't have mobility left to screw it into place. So tonight will be part 2. Not for self: connect lines BEFORE screwing everything into place...
