Default 2 Din Radio browser, touch screen not working

First of all ask forgiveness for my English.

The radio in question is this.

Win CE

It has stopped working good at first trying to tune in a radio station manually.

You gave me the same symptoms about a month ago, but I solved alone.

Works all manual buttons even have the wheel controls, load the GPS not work but the touch can not indicate any direction.

I think the problem is that not complete loading the firmware.

Any tips?

Thank you

Yes, please. Do not know exactly if Win Win ce ce 5 or 6.

As I said and I spent a couple of months ago. I think I was talking to you I sent the firm but got no load and fix alone.

If I could send them to me again I would try and I lost them.

Thank you.
